Reading; The Thirteenth Tale;

The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield; First published in 2006.
A tangled web, great story; great plot! Utterly enjoyable.
"All children mythologize their birth. It is a universal trait. You want to know someone? Heart, mind and soul? Ask him to tell you about when he was born. What you get won't be the truth: it will be a story. And nothing is more telling than a story.

I haven't heard about the book..but isn't that something- it ends up being a story! I think it can be a lot like weaving too, or what it nearly reminds me of. Interesting Titania-

I think I will request that one from the library! Maybe I will still remember who recommended it, when I actually get the book, and let you know what I think!

Sounds interesting. I'm in the middle of a very thick book at the moment. It is about India.

Diane, I love to read about India; have you read "The far pavilions"?.
